If the customer doesn’t like the purchased product(s) for whatever reason he is able to send it back to us and we will refund the full amount back to the customer within a 30 day period.
Customers who wish to have a refund for whatever reason should write us an e-mail (email@example.com) within 10 days after the product has arrived at their address.
Products which are returned to us must still carry product label and hangtag.
If the 30 day period is exceeded or the product is returned damaged / without hangtag or product label BGBC Zürich is no longer obliged to proceed with the refund.
Furthermore if the product has been washed, processed with any chemicals, worn for a longer period and / or has been ironed BGBC Zürich is no longer obliged to proceed with the refund.
